Is there a call-out fee?
Yes. A standard call-out fee applies, with a higher fee outside normal hours. Annual Home Care members pay no call-out fee. Any repair is quoted before work starts.
My AC is running but not cooling. What's wrong?
It could be low gas, a blocked filter or coil, a faulty capacitor or a fan problem. We diagnose it on site and explain the fault before quoting.
Why is my AC leaking water?
Usually a blocked drain line or a dirty drain tray. It's one of the most common and quickest fixes.
