We carry out electrical fixes: fittings that have failed, switches and sockets that need attention, and minor works agreed in advance. The visit is quoted, and the property is left as we found it.
If something is outside safe, sensible home maintenance, we will tell you rather than force it into the visit.

Questions
What electrical work is included?
Everyday fixes: lights, fittings, switches, sockets and similar minor repairs. Larger installation projects are quoted only if they sit within what we can do properly.
Can you attend urgently?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll respond within the hour. Out-of-hours callouts are available subject to technician availability, at a higher call-out fee. You'll get a quote before any work starts.
Will the work be documented?
Yes. Visits include notes and photographs, consistent with every Arcta Group job.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes, a standard call-out fee applies, with a higher fee outside normal hours. Any repair is quoted before work starts.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get in, through building security, a concierge, a key or someone at home, you don't need to be there. We'll send you the photos and report afterwards.
Why is there no price online?
Every job is different, so we quote properly once we know what's needed. The quote is free.
