No. We look for the leak first. Minor ceiling repairs are quoted alongside the cause, so the finish is not wasted.
What if the leak is from the AC?
Blocked condensate drains are a frequent cause. Drain flushing and the ceiling repair can be arranged together.

What if the leak is coming from the apartment above?
We trace and document the source with photos, so you can send our report to building management or your landlord. Once it's fixed at the source, we can repair your ceiling.
How long does a ceiling repair take?
Fixing the leak is usually done on the first visit. If the ceiling is wet, it needs to dry out before we repair and repaint it, so that part is often a second visit. We'll give you a timeline with the quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, our work comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Do you handle emergency leaks?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll respond within the hour. Out-of-hours callouts are available subject to technician availability, at a higher call-out fee.
Why is there no price online?
It depends on the source of the leak and how much of the ceiling is affected, so we quote properly once we've seen it. The quote is free.
